Welcome to Tallinn contact seminar weblog

The multi-lateral eTwinning contact seminar between Denmark,  Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden and the UK will take place from the 30th September to the 3th October in Tallinn.
The target group of the seminar is  secondary teachers.

The aim of the seminar is

    * to encourage eTwinning project work between secondary teachers;
    * to share the best practices, how ICT supports the learning-teaching process at secondary level;
    * to experience and share new teaching methodologies;

During the seminar we also introduce the eTwinning  portal. Part of the activities will be carried out in the schools, where we study how ICT and new technologies are integrated into the daily learning-teaching process.

The new school year has started and we do hope that during the seminar all participants will find eTwinning partners for this schoolyear and new partnerships and projects will be planned.

The seminar takes place at  Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia. Free wifi is available in the venue and all participants are kindly asked to bring their own laptops. On the 1st of October participants have a chance to visit schools.

The online registration is open until September 20.

We also ask you  to contribute to our workshop blog. After the registration the blog's invitation will be sent. You are very welcome to share in the blog your expectations and thoughts prior to the contact seminar.

Looking forward to seeing you in Tallinn.
